The Windmill Wine Tasting Room is located in the back of our property in an intimate red barn. This 1920s Dairy Barn holds a rustic elegance which extends an invitation of relaxation and whimsy. Purchase a bottle of wine from our great selection and enjoy it in our charming gardens amongst the farm wildlife or next to our serene pond by calling us in advance. Or perhaps you choose to savor the nostalgia inside at our barn or on our brand new red-brick patio.
Join us each Friday in January for Cookin N Corks which includes a catered meal, music, wine, beer and a bonfire to close out the evening.

Jan 13th, Blackened Tilapia Fish Tacos – This mild fish is carefully seasoned with fresh herbs and Cajun seasoning then baked to perfection and served in a fresh flour tortilla. It is topped with our handmade mango salsa and served with black beans jasmine coconut rice and a dessert.
Jan 20th, Southwestern Chicken Chipotle Sandwich – Marinated and grilled chicken served on fresh baked roll topped with pepper jack cheese, chipotle sriracha sauce, lettuce, tomato and our own garlic mayo aioli. Each sandwich is served with fresh made black bean corn salsa chips and a dessert.
Jan 27th, Customer Choice! Any Cookin N Corks you attend will include a ballot which you can use to vote for your favorite menu item. After the third week we tally the votes and the item that was voted for the most is cooked the next week! YOU CHOOSE WE COOK!
STARTING IN FEB COOKIN N CORKS MOVES TO THURSDAY’S!
Feb 2nd, Gourmet Burger – We start with only 1/3 lb Angus beef patties stuffed with Feta cheese then grilled to perfection. Burgers are served on a fresh baked Kaiser roll topped with our own garlic mayo aioli, Arugula, Horseradish Cheddar and finally the secret ingredient BACON JAM! Yes it sounds strange but once you have this bacon spread on a burger you may never go back! Each burger comes with steak fries tossed in parmesan cheese and minced garlic and a dessert.
Feb 9th, Traditional Cuban sandwich (Cubano) – This Cuban uses traditional marinated and slow roasted pork until fork tender. Cuban bread piled high with ham pork Swiss cheese and pickles then grilled until the cheese is melted and sprinkled with the juices from the roasting process. Each sandwich is served with coleslaw and a big juicy pickle.
Feb 16th, Smoked Beef Brisket – This mouth watering brisket is slow smoked for almost 24 hours before it is ready to be served as the perfect cut of BBQ. We slice as you order and smother it in our mouthwatering BBQ sauce. Each meal is served with a roll corn on the cob fresh cut slaw and a dessert.

March 1st, BBQ pulled pork sandwich – We spend 12 hrs slow smoking this pork using only Mesquite wood and the finest cuts of meat. So tender and juicy your taste buds may never recover. Slather it with secret recipe BBQ sauce inspired by traditional sauces but with a little Arizona twist! Each meal comes with our southwest style baked beans and a side of fresh cut slaw.
March 8th, Taste of Louisiana – This spicy savory Cajun/Creole dish is made with ham, chicken, sausage, fresh pork, shrimp and oysters. Once all these flavors have combined then comes the rice, onion, garlic, pepper and other seasonings which is sure to please the entire crowd as it has something for everyone.
March 15th, Taste of Italy – All of our meatballs are hand made using fresh herbs grown on site then combined with a savory Marinara and served over Linguine. Included are fresh baked garlic and herb French bread and a mixed green salad.
March 22nd, Taste of Hawaii. This traditional slow cooked pork called Kalua pork is rubbed with Hawaiian sea salt herbs and spices then wrapped in banana leaves and slow cooked until fork tender. The meal comes with a generous helping of coconut rice grilled pineapple and a slice of Pina Colada bread.

Dutchman’s Bold- Dutchman’s Bold is made from the native north American grape Norton. A robust Full bodied wine with intense flavors that will fill your palate!
Hummingbird Nectar- Made from the finest Muscadine grape and sweetened with wild honey. This wine is sure to please both the sweet and semi sweet drinker.
