I attended my niece's wedding her just last evening. It was wonderful! The grounds are gorgeous and maintained just enough to keep it looking organic. The staff was attentive and accommodating. Everyone was so nice and very service minded. Lauren was great! I've worked in the catering industry on and off for years and was very impressed. We had 250 guests and the room was at it's limit but worked well. They are flexible with some of the food guidelines so it allowed for us to utilize them for the dinner and bring our own cake and appetizers.....which worked perfect for us. My niece picked a basic chicken dish, potato, salad and vegetable. All of it was delicious. We all know that when you are cooking for that many, quality can be compromised.....it wasn't. My husband said the chicken was the 'most tender he had ever had'. The facilities are perfect. Plenty of outdoor seating and the restrooms are close by and enough for a large group. There was even a small playground for the kids. The non alcoholic beverages that came with her package were nicely presented in lovely urns and always full and attended to by the staff. The owner Katie, was spectacular, even doing things that I'm sure wasn't her job...like helping us pack up some of our belongings. She made us feel so welcome and truly like a valued client. Many of the guests told me how impressive it all was and one said, "this is the best wedding I've been to". Much thanks to the staff and owner's for making it a night to remember.

What a great idea. I think, though, that they should have regional or state lists instead of a comprehensive national list. That would allow for people in states without venues on the list to still find a good place. For instance, I am from Alaska and I'm pretty sure that we've never been on that list. And for most people, having an out-of state reception is not an option because of cost and distance.

I have learned result-oriented things through your blog post. One other thing I have observed is that usually, FSBO sellers will certainly reject a person. Remember, they would prefer to not use your providers. But if you actually maintain a stable, professional relationship, offering support and being in contact for about four to five weeks, you will usually be capable to win a business interview. From there, a house listing follows. Thank you
